At Elestep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Dresses, Blouses & Shirts, and Coats & Jackets. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel or final sale items marked "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable".
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive the RA number and return instructions, securely pack the item(s) with the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return at our warehouse.
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
